Nigerians generally shouldnt work under Chinese and Indians, does guys work like animals under worse condition, since it is a private refinery, let Dangote use any contractor, local or foriegn to get the refinery completed in record time, so we can get our economy working better

It is shameful that successive Nigerian governments let foreign employers and bosses in Nigeria maltreat Nigerians.

Let me simplify this story so that it could be easily understood: "Dangote Refinery sacks black engineers." Now whether the news is real or fake is the issue now.

There are 2 sides to every story. I know a Yoruba guy that is working as an engineer on the project and is still there.
Projects like this it's normal for some people to be disengaged as the project runs down.
If those people were contracted by the Chinese firm then it's within their rights.

Project management dictates that as works progresses, certain milestones are attained.
In view of this, certain workers must be disengaged.
While another set of workers are brought in to carry out another milestone.
It is a normal routine in a very big project as the Dangote refinery is.
It is not a matter of racial discrimination.

No surprises there, Chinese people don't exactly fancy working with blacks, If you dey work with them, even if they don't take advantage of you, they will be insulting you guys with two or three of them gather at a work site. You will even dislike them more if you understand what they are saying

Only in The Nigeria, foreigners are coming from their own country to earn a living in our country, yet they impose their laws on us, and we turn a blind eye, this Chinese in particular, their misbehaviour is too much, doing things we dare not try in their country.
