Please the admin panel of my website refuse to login trying all I could to get the password reset but to no avail, please i need help on this

It's not the cpanel we are talking here o, its the admin control of the back-end of the website

Try resetting from db or fix password reset

you may have to reset it from phpmyadmin database as suggested by someone on the post.
