In a sharp u turn, Nigeria commercial city Lagos has reversed its decision to allow religious places to open on 19 June. Govnor Babajide Sanwo-Olu announced this on Tuesday, three days before the proposed opening. His reasons for the cancellation is because the number of Covid-19 case has been steadily increasing at an alarming rate. This implies churches and mosques cannot open again this weekend until further notice.
