AWG Autofabrics Limited is located in Akure, Ondo State of Nigeria, with a business interest in Auto Interior Restoration Services as well as auto air cooling system repairs. General refurbishment of defaced or tattered sections of automotive interiors in a nutshell.

We are currently looking to engage the services of a;

1. FRONT DESK OFFICER.

The ideal applicant must have very good facial expression and welcoming countenance.

Key roles to include:

*Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere.

*Answer the phone, take messages and manage all
correspondences.

*Organize and maintain files and records, update when
necessary.

*Create and maintain updated documents and
spreadsheets.

*Organize book-keeping and issue invoices.

*Perform inventory of office supplies and order what is needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

B.Sc or HND in any field of study.

Not older than 30years of age.

Customer Relationship Management skills.

Solid knowledge of Microsoft office.

Outstanding communication skills.

Great organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong working knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles.

Ability to effectively use and maintain basic office equipments like photocopier and printers.

Excellent typing skills.

Familiarity with necessary office software and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

B.Sc or HND in any field. (Business Admin OR Marketing) preferred.

Not older than 32years of age.

Necessary IT certification will be advantageous.

Ability to execute and analyze marketing campaigns.

An understanding of WordPress.

Basic design skills (knowledge of HTML, CSS or Photoshop)

Writing and Editing skills.

Email marketing skills.

Social media skills.

Paid social media advertising skills.
