Vacancy for a Sales Manager

Our company is in its introductory phase, and seeking to hire a Sales Manager who will be responsible for supervising, organizing and and leading our sales team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales and coordinating the sales department on lead generation.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a sales team. Previous experience is a plus.

Requirements:
• B.Sc or HND in Marketing or Business related field
• NIMN Membership is an Advantage
• Digital Marketing and Social Media skill set is an advantage
• Experienced in Planning and implementing Sales Strategies
• Experienced in Customer Relationship Management
• Experienced in Managing and Directing a Sales Team
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
• Dedicated to providing great Customer Service
• Ability to Lead a Sales Team

Responsibilities:
• Managing organizational sales by developing a sales plan that covers sales revenue and expense controls
• Meeting planned sales goals
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
• Organize ongoing training of the sales force
• Coordinating lead generation
• Promotion of organization and products
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
