2019 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION– How Nigeria Voted: BUHARI (15,191,847) – ATIKU (11,262,978)

THIS WAS BUHARI ATIKU.

LOOK WELL AND WE KNOW BUHARI RIGGED KOGI, NASARAWA AND BORNO.

WE ALL SAW WAT HAPPENED IN OSUN WITH DAVIDO UNCLE AND ALSO EKITI.

WE SAW WAT HAPPENED IN KANO TOO, WITH GANDUJI.

LET ME BREAK IT TO U, APC WONT WIN KATSINA OR KANO OR SOKOTO.

APC CANNOT WIN SS OR SE.

APC IS A PARTY ON ITS LAST LEG AND OUT.

If it is about sale of forms,he can survive that if Godwin ikhine can give him form.but the problem is the closing and opening of screening time and arbitrary granting of waivers
No Problem.....Justice Obile & co will help us

Not exactly.....The case of Amaechi has been cited as not relevant with later judgements on same issues.

Amaechi case which you know was that he won the Primaries, and his name was surreptitiously substituted.

The provisions now is that the person who wins and intend to step down should personally do so in writing and submit to the NWC citing reasons.

You are wrong and right.amechi precedent is not totally condemned except to the extent that he never participated at all stages of election but became winner.

Your last paragraph corroborates my point, substitution cannot be done arbitrarily but with good reasons.the supreme court still maintains that the internal rules of parties must be followed.I can remember the zamfara case at least where the APC rules were used to nail APC

Watch out, another court will permit him to contest for the primaries. Nigerian courts are worst than Covid 19

What INEC wants to know is:
-Did you meet the 21 days notice before the deadline?
-Did you submit your timetable?
-Did the processes for the sale and submission of forms meet INEC recommendations?
- Was any adjustment or otherwise communicated to INEC within the purview of the 21 days?

PDP closed sales of forms May 29, and extended same to June 01, and so on.

How you move your timetable is the party's headache!?

The one sold Obaseki, was it on June 1

Not totally condemned except (I don't understand)
In a nutshell, what happened then cannot happen now.

If Alaibe wins at the SC....PDP as a whole is gone.
It must not be wrong against right all the time pls

You know what's up. PDP gave obaseki a condition of dropping his deputy and letting them choose a new one for him as a sign of goodwill to show his loyalty and commitment to them but he adamantly refused. That rang a bell and Wike knew he was bad market.

Which means until he drops shuaibu, the case will cobtinue

If wike hand is involved, expect delays and more pitfalls.expect the appeal court to delay in granting a stay.the aim is not to win but to knock out obaseki. I don't know why you are not getting it

If this is true, PDP saw what we didn't see, and they are using a subtle way of avoiding monkey deh work baboon deh chop. Balyesa Lyon debacle comes to mind

It is the same.in amechi case,sc said parties must abide by their rules and in zamfara they still said so.in amechi, they said no arbitrary substitution which still stands

The belief is that Shaibu is the man behind him politically.
They don't trust Shaibu.

Again, the Guber ticket is expected to go to Central, Shaibu is North.
Tomorrow, he will start saying there is no zoning and all that.

They still feel Obaseki's loyalty is to APC and Buhari. His only issue is with Adams.... that's it.

That's the catch. If he insists on the same deputy, Wike will shut him out of the primary. You know Wike is a no-nonsense man. He doesn't look at anybody's face regardless of status. The problem now is that Obaseki is stuck with Shuaibu for better for worse. Shuaibu didn't go the whole hog to betray Oshiomhole just to be dumped later. He knows many secrets of Obaseki and if he can betray Oshiomhole who brought him up in politics, Obaseki is nothing to him. That must be why Obaseki is scared of letting him go.

It is not that easy. He must appeal the order before he can ask for a stay of execution. He won’t be getting it anytime soon.

It is easy when you are in power and moreover it is win win motion that the court likes

The court restrain all the defendants until the case is heard on 24 June. It’s certain another adjournment might happen on Thursday and Obaseki won’t have time to appeal for stay of Execution. I think it is the PDP bigwigs that are behind the case they don’t want to come out to tell Obaseki he can’t be their candidate.

My brother,am not surprised by political manoeuvrings.most of these moves,I usually foresee it.I knew it that shuaibu will be a problem.obaseki is not really a politician,he night later go to APC. Shuaibu is not loyal for nothing if he is dropped, theres no need fighting with obaseki anymore
