Access Bank Plc, Unable To Pay Direct Sales Agents Commission (3 Months Now) by sterling25: 1:30am On Jun 23, 2020
The inability of access bank plc to pay the direct sales agents (DSAs) their variables/commissions since the month of April 2020 is throwing support to the speculation that the bank is gradually folding up.

A bank who claims to be the world most respected Africa bank cannot afford to pay its DSAs their commission but place them under undue pressure to deliver on their targets, shows how inhuman some of this so called financial institutions can be to their employee.

The reason for the delay in payment since April 2020 has not been tentatively stated because they feel the DSAs don't deserve the right to know. These DSAs go out of their way to get the .funds that the commission are been calculated on and yet they get this cruel treatment. This action only exposes the DSAs to cases of theft and cash suppression. The bank fails to know that those commissions are the motivations that keep the DSAs pushing on the job.

Diamond bank never for one day treated their DSAs in this manner and I see no reason Access bank will swallow a fish that's bigger than it, only to be struggling to pay its employees but have 2 billion naira to contribute to government.

Government and other appropriate bodies should look in this pressing and derailing issue.

Yea this really not cool.... Proving to the world you've got money and still end up not paying your workers. So inhumane, same thing Dangote did only difference he had the balls to layoff workers
