A Rivers High Court has restrained former Deputy National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Victor Giadom from parading himself as a member or officer of the party.

Justice C. Nwogu gave the order in a suit filed by Okechukwu Chidor Ogbonna and Mac-Lords Peterson against APC Rivers chapter; Acting chairman of the chapter Igo Aguma; Victor Giadom and Golden Chioma in Port-Harcourt.

The court stated having been suspended by the State Executive Committee (SEC) of APC, Giadom should not participate in the activities of the party pending determination of the substantive case.

The judge ruled: “An order of interim order is hereby made restraining the third defendant from parading himself as an officer or member… or exercising any right or privilege accruable to members….”

APC Rivers had forwarded Barrister Worgu Boms as replacement to National Working Committee (NWC), which swore him in on Monday.

The Judge adjourned further hearing in the suit to July, 9 2020.

These is a contradictory orders of courts of coordinate jurisdiction ruling on same matter.

They should move to the appeal court.

APC is now taking its normal shape. What pains me is that we're not supporting a new party with right people and right agenda. Though I never voted for Buhari, I was glad he took over in 2015 but how wrong I was tongue tongue tongue tongue. Dude came and made Goodluck a saint grin grin grin grin.

When are we going to hear something like:

1. "CORT JAIL FORMER GOVERNOR OF MONEY LAUNDERING

2. COURT JAIL FORMER HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES FOR MONEY LAUNDERING

3. COURT JAIL PRESDENTIAL AID FOR EMBEZZLING.


Everyday what we hear now is court cases about political part about barring one leader or the other.

When will the court start doing justice to the civil cases they have at hand.

Honestly, this country is not my country, please if you are a Canadian looking for somebody to adopt, please I'm very much available
