THE SHAME OF A NATION!

A man who was actually convicted and sentenced but set free just because the judge was not supposed to continue to preside over the case haven been elevated to a higher court. Based on this technicality he was discharged and now being celebrated.


Who says big crime don't pay in Nigeria!

Not so fast. He will still go back to the slammer in no distant future. Remember he wasn't found not guilty. He was released on technical grounds & EFCC is waiting for the case to be reassigned to a judge. And for his fellow looters that hv no shame whatsoever, the day 9f reckoning is fast approaching. I hope they will visit him in prison when he's sent back to finish his term.

with the ways things are going now i don't see him returning to prison again. This Nigerian Politics, the only thing that can take him back is another government coming into power. Also with the plot Malami is about carry out againt Magu i don't see the case coming up again.

Also check the reason why court free am Na. It was because the preceding Judge that convicted him wasn't supposed to preside on the case initially.

Not like he was absolved of the charges or something.

You go wait taya for the retrial to start and you go wait till eternity for it to be concluded.
