Do you want to train up your healthy habits, this are a few things you need to check and do often in other to stay healthy.

BLOOD PRESSURE: High blood pressure or low blood pressure occurs when your blood pressure increases or decreases to unhealthy levels. Your blood pressure measurement takes into account how much blood is passing through your blood vessels and the amount of resistance the blood meets while the heart is pumping. These should be checked often and on in other to stay healthy.

SUGAR LEVEL: Yes, there is a safe blood sugar level. It is the optimum range that safely provides the body with adequate amounts of energy. For the average person, it is 70 to 105 mg/dl in a fasting state. (Diabetes is diagnosed when the fasting blood glucose level is at or above 126 mg/dl.). maintain the habit of checking your sugar level frequently so as to stay healthy.

Eat fruits, vegetables, and whole grains every day.

Avoid consumption of excessive food.

Get 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night.

Exercise enough to get your heart rate up. You should get 150 minutes of moderate exercise a week. You can break that up for 30 minutes five times a week or take a brisk 10-minute walk three times a day.

Drink plenty of water. What’s enough? Your pee should be clear or slightly yellow.

Take a break and de-stress. Take deep breaths or meditate.

Stay up to date with recommended cancer screenings such as a colonoscopy, PAP smear, HPV test, or mammogram.
