Digital Marketing Executive (Real Estate)

Job Description

• Plan and implement the digital marketing strategy for the company using online platforms, coordinate design and functionality of the company website
Responsibilities
• Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
• Create digital informative content (e.g. website, blogs, Facebook, twitter, Instagram, press releases and podcasts) to ensure online objectives are meet.
• Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
• Build and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
• Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
• Optimize website structure and content for search engines
• Manage the online presence and brand of the company.
• Develop, implement and manage our social media marketing strategy
• Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

Skills & Abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to work well under limited supervision
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Familiarity with web design and content management
• Experience in Online marketing is a plus.
