From Iyana ipaja board Ikeja Along, use the pedestrian bridge, as you walk into computer village road, you would find a bus to berger

Correct. No need going to Agege, if there is no BRT on ground, you'll see normal yellow buses or "korope" loading Berger at the 2nd entrance to the garage, just beside where people line up for BRT
