Bandits dont just get guns they get it from somewhere, you bid them to get you votes you arm them with weapons you position them @ respective constituents they do your bidding you pay them you ignore the weapons given to them and also forget to feed them now they begin to ravage harmless communities destroy infrastructures , development is stalled because of investors are scared to establish even if(state) have required manpower and resources.

Thats why Africa is one step forward three steps backward.

Better follow zaria to kebbi/sokoto /zamfara than that road .
Katsina- Gusau road is the most dangerous road in Nigeria currently after lokoja- Abuja expressway .
You hardly see military checkpoints on that road and everywhere is scanty .
Was scared to death when I plied that road few months ago especially when the car stoped and these Muslims prayed for over 30 minutes with their mats by the road side .
