JOB TITLE: Sales Executive

OVERVIEW
This position is responsible for effectively building and scaling the company’s unique selling propositions. The ideal candidate must be able to identify opportunities, coordinate action plans, employ solution-based approach in sales and sufficiently address customer concerns.
REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
• Generate excitement about the company and its offerings through web, social media and personal interactions.
• Prospect for potential clients, prepare pitches and set up meetings in a bid to convert inquiries into sales.
• Conduct business research to ensure we keep up to date with new developments and make recommendations based on feedback from clients.
• Assist in creating synergistic team environment across the organization.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy in preparing monthly reports and weekly action plans.
• Excellent product knowledge and knowledge of the organization’s core values, vision, mission and strategic focus.
• Strong knowledge of emerging customer engagement strategies.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• B.Sc/HND/OND
• Energetic collaborator, fluent communicator and technology savvy.
• Experience in sales in a real estate company is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
• Not older than 30 years old.
