I can't make calls or send messages with my glo line but my data connection is working perfectly

It is better for Glo to shut down their business because the company is so so useless. I have been trying to check my call balance since this morning till now I have not succeeded & to even load recharge card is even the worst. The Glo company, the owner(s), all its staff especially the engineers are all stupid

Yeah. Same here. Have you heard anything about what the problem might be?

I just made a call with my glo line to an MTN number.

Their glo yakata is making mad sense.
make them no close.

Op u are becoming too paranoid...cos of some glitches u just assumed something this drastic...I am not a glo staff but quite raising false alarm...I use a glo line too and am experiencing same

I've been experiencing the same too. Bought airtime from my bank, it didn't deliver, bought from a vendor too still can't load the pin, can't make call, can't check balance, the only thing I've been able to do is browse.

It may be a network but you can contact customer care online.

I have used my glo line for calls today. Has been working fine. No need to spread rumours

Go and swap ur sim. If u have any goverment id card. Airtel or mtn still manageable

Very useless network, all they know is make Stupid endorsement with YeYebrities and making extravagant adverts.....at this point even if you give me a free glo sim, i'll break it.

yh I had the problem of checking balance yesterday and they used that opportunity to take the money I planned to use for night plan because I believed I had enough on it for the plan.

I can't load card since morning

i experience it this morning but I can now make calls and recharge now

Yea noticed same issue today. But looks like has just been resolved. Technical glitch i suppose
Either way they should compensate for poor service for almost the entire day with 50GB inet data for each subcriber

100 naira for 1gb which I won't advise because a person complained of it finishing early 50 naira for 500mb and 25 naira for 250mb
My advise is to do that of 25 naira till it's reach it's limit(1gb) rather than doing the 1gb straight.
