Oh!..you think it private business?..then why the sudden movement of all private investors to the north?..or is there a jewel in the north we are not aware of..Bro, this is political... Use your head

so you think the guys up north don't want to develop ba? look here, states like Lagos, Ogun and other SW states are not slowing down in terms of development and attraction of FDIs, the earlier other states in Nigeria begin to take development seriously the better cos whether we like it or not the agitations for restructuring along regional lines will continue until it happens, so anybody or Nigerian who is wise will start investing in their region now and stop all these land grabbing especially in states like Lagos and Ogun cos even in America they are asking everybody to answer their father's original name now. Develop your own and stop dragging what can never be yours with others. The north is beginning to understand that now and are taking corresponding actions.

I think we are trouble angry

With the rate at which investments are popping up in the north, shows the government hidden agenda.

Why north, what happened to the other geo political zones in the country, I can confirm that 90% of Investment in Nigeria since buhari took over are residing in the north..this is bad for Nigeria Outlook

Who the Bleep would be willing to put his money in a region which is politically destabilized, Insecurity is at the forefront...

Building a refinery in a region that has no business with oil extraction while oil producing state are languishing in xxxxxx

We are in trouble embarassed

People will soon apologize to NK and Igbos

It is beautiful like this because of private partnership.
Leave it for government and see the project dormant. Private partnership is way to move this country forward.

Put those buildings and shops on sale and see who buys them. It wouldn't last 2 years to be converted to Southern Nigeria quarters.

The north is coming up the south west is attracting a lot of foreign investment that will only increase in the next decade, South south is laying some ground work for massive development and some people are at the back of the class shouting and blaming everyone for their stupidity. They are foolishly vandalising Nigeria's property on a foreign soil, the successful ones among them don't even want to live in their own region as it's a place filled with envy and hatred
