Only UI.
There is nothing like first list, second list, catchment, ELDS or supplementary. There is only one list and that is Merit list. If you apply for any course, as far as you get the cut off mark on dot, just pack your bags and go and start preparing to start school. There is nothing like indigen or non-indigen, and you can't be given a course u did not choose. For example if medicine cut of mark is 80% and u scored 79.9%, forget it u won't even be given the least zoology. Just get 80% on dot and you are already admitted. But again admission is UI is far harder than that of ilorin.
My advise try Unilag or Uniben, it will be more easier, it's hard to get admission in ilorin if u are not an indigin. Good luck

Actually, any good federal institution will/should admit you when you are able to tally the prerequisite.

Ignore hearsays, it's inappropriate to subscribe to the notion that a school admission is unmeritably handled. It's a wrong belief that a school will deny a student's admission on basis of religion, indigeneship or so, it is usually that the student does not warrant the admission in the first place. It is people who fall into that category that malign or create and spread ill rumours about such school.

Myself as a case study, for instance, I was admitted into Unilorin (an institution that is controversially famed for discrepancies in admission issues) to study MBBS after gulping 303 in JAMB and 82 in Post UME; this performance was able to cement my admission in the first, merit list, despite being a non-indigene, unconnected and my first attempt there. This was the same case for several of us admitted that year.

In fact, you stand a chance to be issued admission into another course provided you do not amass your preferred course required cut-off mark and score above 50 in Post UME, in contrast to the modus operandi in UI. Hence, you may want to have flexible outlook about Unilorin, at least; or your can even make a choice to choose them in JAMB when you prepare well.

No school will be stupid enough to veto the best or meritable brains in favour of their nepotism, religion or the likes.

/The above opinion stems from a five-year admission-hunt experience./
