I disagree. Affordability hence price is an important piece of the decision process.

It’s just that Nigeria is a free for all jungle and unregulated. What you’re describing should be a standard across the board. Licensing, registration and insurance by all trades on the job.

Well you have a point and I won't argue with that, affordability (price) is very important. But come to think of it this way, if I buy a product for #3 and last for years but also bought the same product for #2 but didn't last for a year, which one is preferable? When it comes to licensing, insurance and registration; our company has all that. As a matter of fact our engineers are NSE recognized and our services are always affordable. Also let me give an illustration to back my view in aspect of quality that I made mention above.

If the square metre of a flat is 90m² for instance, and you're charged #100m², someone walk up to you and promise to do it #70m² while he claims that the total square metre is 150m², sir, which one is better?

That's is just the logic some people use; please note it's just an illustration not criticism, am not directing it to anyone or any field. I remain humble
