Religious leaders? Those crooks? then the next fight will be muslim/christian patronage? NGOs? How many people parading themselves as NGOS are legit? Many of them are simply using the guise of NGOs for influence/ patronage/contracts. There is no solution you have mentioned that is any diffferent from what keyamo has done.
