I don't know which people you are referring to. @ 2 years of graduation as an M.Eng, electrical engineer in The US, i already have my own house in Atlanta, and another year down the line, a house in Ibadan. No short cuts, no stolen money. All salaries only. No side business. No hustles. The only downside to these, is if you don't have a valid work permit or a green card. But most European countries have made it easy to get work permits if your course of study is within the Critical Skills, and then a permanent residence.
