i have experienced it and am still monitoring this one if it happens again i swear somebody will be in bad shape cause i dont have id to retrieve i noticed something i compared it to my glo sim i noticed the plastic used on my glo is thicker than the mtn as am talking to u the sim looks like a pregnant sim just 1 month o

I don't know whether anybody have experienced this but it has happened twice now.My MTN sim i have been using for almost 1 year just stop working like that; it will be showing "Insert Sim". I bought another MTN;after like six month last week it stopped working just like the first one. I have tried the sim on four different phones and it's still showing me insert sim i complained to MTN and they said the sim is damaged i should go for Welcome Back and this sim is still not even up to a year. I know it may sound weird but have anyone experienced this?

what they meant is this, it is your phone that is spoiling the sims its not about trying it on other phones. When u do welcome back change your phone and see the difference

Clean with spirit and cotton wool. Immediately it works go for a sim upgrade.
