1. Graduate Trainees

(Reference No.: GT01)

The role:
Work as part of a team, learning and contributing to the achievement of business goals and departmental bottom line.
Focus on Personal and Professional Development Programmes.
Develop into a well-rounded Technical Professional within 3-5 years.

The ideal candidate's profile:
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper Degree or Second Class Lower or HND Upper or Lower Credit with a good Master's Degree in the following areas:
a) Science: Geology, Geophysics, Computer Science, Physics, Surveying and Mathematics.
b) Engineering: Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Environmental, Pipeline, Marine Engineering.
c) Business/Finance: Business Administration, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Insurance, etc.
d) Social Sciences: Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, etc.
e) Art/Humanities: Mass Communication, English, History, etc.                                              f) Law
Candidates must not be more than 27 years by August 2020.
Candidates must have completed the mandatory NYSC Programme by August 2020.
Good leadership traits, verbal and written communication and computer skills.
Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills and have the ability to do well in a multi-disciplinary and culturally diverse workplace.

2. Experienced Professionals:

Reservoir Engineers, Geologists, Geophysicists, Petroleum Engineers and Petroleum Technologists, Drilling Engineers, Well Engineers.
Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical Engineers; Project Management, Health, Safety and Environment Officers, Land and Quantity Surveyors.
HR Professionals, Economists, Accountants, Petroleum Economists, Planning and Policy Development, Planning and Business Development, IT Specialists/Web Developers, Enterprise Solutions, Graphic Designers, Programmers, Legal Officers, Taxation Specialists.

The role
Provide teams with supervisory and technical leadership required to achieve business objectives.

Candidates should have at least 6 years post-NYSC cognate experience from reputed organizations and possess a University Degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower or HND Lower Credit with a good Master's Degree in any of the following disciplines:

- Engineering: Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Instrumentation, Drilling, Process, Environmental, Pipeline, Marine, Materials/Metallurgical Engineering.
- Information Programming and Software Engineering, Enterprise. Technology: Architecture and Database Administration.
- Business/Finance: Business Administration, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Insurance, etc.
- Social Sciences: Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, etc.
- Art/Humanities: Mass Communication, English, History,
- Law: Law.
- Health Safety and Environment: Industrial Safety Technology or Environmental Sciences.
Candidates must not be more than 40 years by August 2020.
Candidates must have completed the mandatory NYSC programme where applicable.
Candidates for these roles must have strong leadership, verbal and written communication and computer skills.
Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills and have the ability to do well in a multi-disciplinary and culturally diverse workplace.
