Hi,

I am running an e-commerce website on Magento 1 and Magento company ended support for it in June this year(( I am not sure if I need to migrate to Magento 2 - does anybody have an opinion on that? I was searching for related topics, but didn't find anything similar.

E-commerce development companies states that Magento 1 websites can be easily hacked now as no security patches will come up, but that is actually their job to say that and perform migration. Is it a complex task to migrate? I've found some kind of a guide on Magento migration - https://whidegroup.com/blog/how-to-migrate-magento-1-to-magento-2/. Can you recommend something else?
