The world has gone mad. The same people talking trash (about animal killing) will kill there fellow man without looking back.
God gave man dominion over all animals, what we choose to do with them, is our choices.
Useless Nigerians we dey copy oyinbo..
Same people that treats their dogs better than a black man

hmm i didn't even know we had these animals in Nigeria. So what exactly is the video celebrating the fisherman's skills? the fact that the community has something to eat? It would have been more interesting to know what the population of sea cow in this area is. Has it grown or decreased in the past years. How often are they caught?

That's a West African Manatee.

That’s an endangered species, Nigerians need to stop killing these animals, we should make marine protected areas stopping fools like these from killing these animals.
Absolute, many Nigerians are very ignorant and are ruled by the dictate of their stomach like monkeys. What a colossal lose all in the name of stomach infrastructure
What destructive lot, what a future less nation with no environmental laws and education. These are animals that can bring much needed tourism to improve employment situation in poor communities. But now that it's in their stomach will tourist go into their stomach, fools everywhere what a shame.

How is the animal poor?
Not poor as in poverty, poor is used for a person, animal or thing when you pity them, like this unfortunate animal.

Probably they're not aware that even hunger alone makes someone endangered. When you're hungry, you don't see a possible food and call it "endangered specie". A people still living on a subsistence level don't think of animal conversation, animal rights, stomach infrastructure etc. What do I even know sef. Has anybody seen a university student studying for exam and terribly starving too? Even the brain won't function. Nigerians in their majority are still living from their hands to mouths and unless that stops, any animal on sight will be killed and fed on.
