I decide to update my Samsung A30. this morning,after the update everything is working fine. I was playing around with the phone to see what really changed because I don't update my phone frequently. so I click the home key. it brings out Samsung UI 2 and kids home. I said let me see what this kids home was,so I lunch that then I click my browser I saw error msg.clicking My phone the phone just blank cant do anything cant switche off either..,. guys with experience,,.....what can one do. |

your phone just crashed. that I why I always wait for a month before making any update prompt. if there is an issue, they will fix it. I also google out the update and read reviews on it. this will help you and your wallet. you should reflash the ROM. Samsung office can help you with that. don't take that phone to a roadside engineer 1 Like |
