This person should use the complete 'matriculation gown' to cover entire body, including face.. it's better that way

Well, I am not against expression of religious freedom but when we start allowing such things into certain institutions like police and military, it may escalate to the point where uniforms would longer be uniform...

Maybe they should start allowing alfas to carry beards too in the name of religion or allow white garment police officers to carry dreadlocks...

Religion is not supposed to be involved in such security work. Maybe some Christian women too should be wearing gown or overflowing clothes as uniform,i trust my deeper life and mountain of fire members will go extra mile with their gown.

That's why it should not be accepted, because some people will abuse it.

If you read my post well, you wouldn't write such an ignorant comment. If you think I was talking about not allowing people wear their hijabs, then you obviously didn't comprehend my post.

My point is that at what point do we draw the line in allowing religion to interfere in military or police dress codes. How come muslim men don't keep beards in service? What if they demand for this one day? Would that mean that anyone can ask for anything their religion stipulates?

Since there are more than 2 religions in the world, who knows what others would request in the future. It is not about Islam. I have many decent muslim friends and I respect them a lot. I don't like the fact that some of you always refuse to see things from a logical perspective.

shut it bro! each organisation shd define what they will allow and not allow. on the other hand, hijab is part of daily wears of a female muslim and compulsory while beard is not compulsory do you now see why those muslim males you spoke of dont keep beards. If a nun want to join any paramilitary she shd be allow to cover up too as long as it doesnt hamper her task or harms his/her colleague at work. No big deal in that the European countries you all are trying to copy allow this in their system. I have seen countless of female muslims in USA military apparel with their hijab on. Once again live and let live, stop crying wolf.

what is logical in forcing people to do what they dont want to do when you can actually hear them out and be diplomatic, this is onr reasons why those european countries are far ahead of us. All we do is follow archaic rules in schools, places of work, governance and so on. We cant choose to remain the same forever, things change. We need to diversify.

bro, u are the one that needs to shut your mouth.
I'm a Muslim, but I tell u this is pure nonsense. if truly u wish to follow Sunah, believe me this lady is not even wearing Hijab but head cover. A standard Hijab should almost or even touch the ground and it must make sure it completely cover the body in such a way that body-shape is not revealed. So tell me, do u want the military to be carrying gun with a full Hijab which restrict mobility? And Must Muslim women join military if they know they can't do without Hijab. I don't even think women are allowed to be involved in war as soldiers during the time of prophet.
So bro, stop this religious bigotry, this isn't Hijab and a rule is a rule, also using Hijab doesn't mean u are pious more than the rest

With people like you, my hope is restored that not everyone is blind when it comes to religious issues. I appreciate someone who can think clearly and understand what it truly means to reason logically. Nice one bro.
