Retin A is a peel. It comes in 5% and 10% it is will peel off the skin there .

I will advise against using RETIN A cos that area is close to the eyes. No one applies peels around the eye area.
From the pics , it looks like warts. I would advise you buy original crusader soap and use of bath. You can rub it 5 to 10minute b4 bath and bath regularly. You won't even know when it goes on it's own.

Caveat- There are many fakes. Buy from shops that sell original soap even if it comes expensive. The price should be less than 1k.

Oga, buy coconut oil, de put am every night before you sleep. Also. Use warm water on that spot every night.

This looks like hormonal acne. However, I suggest you see a doctor for proper check-up and treatment.

This is likely to be flat warts caused by human papilloma virus . Isotretinoin 30g oral capsules for up to 2 - 4 months is a good option.

He should also use the topical tretinoin in form of retain A. Or get a 10% salicylic acid face wash ( which might not be available at bss) or contact us @Roseglow skincare for a 10% SA face wash. It works great too.
