Greetings to you all, please help me with names of universities in Nigeria that accept second class lower master degree for direct PhD. I know of
Ahmadu Bello University but I don't know other university that offer admission to candidates with second class lower. I have 3.40 as my final grade in master degree.

There is nothing like 2.2 in Masters degree result. It is either you have distinction or pass.
Meanwhile, try some State universities or you go for Mphil first.

Logically, all Universities can. It depends on how spacious your pocket is and connection. I speak from experience, bro.

He didn't get PhD grade. He should opt in for M.phil/PhD instead of seeking for university that offers direct admission into PhD. with such result

You need to get a CGPA of 3.50 or 60% weighted mean average or something equivalent before you can proceed for PhD directly otherwise you go for Mphil(which is like a remedial)
