As a maths and science teacher it did not affect me much.
Just only the first month of abrupt closure

I have seen doing lessons

I am even using this opportunity to relearn chemistry

So that my service will be full package I won't need to employ a chemistry teacher again

We need money. That's the situation and experience.

The situation is long overdue and no longer funny....It has not been easy.

I miss my pupils. There is so much joy to seeing them always. Seeing the parents bring them in the morning and the hyms on the assembly is is always fulfilling. The bright smile during classes and the shouts...now it's as if the world is a quiet place...

It's been hard surviving as a private school teacher ... one can only look forward to schools opening soon

I'm currently doing home tutor for various of houses including the houses of an emir and some members of house of assembly.

Why I won't say mine is much of a blessing is because
Iwhen school was on. I teach in five schools so the new lessons that came just supplement for the schools salary that are no longer coming.

It will be much of a blessing if when school resumes and many of the lessons will be retained

yes mathematics teachers surely have something to do if you add science to it, it is a must

There are lots of simple skills you can do with your phone and make money. I am a salary earner too, but I don't even have to wait for that.

Atleast even without Salary Teachers still have a job to fall back to, many don't have job or money to look for one

.... Some are conducting private tutorials for pupils, i have one hard working lady teaching my kids at home..
The bottom line is that these teachers really want to get back to work in their own place of work
