RISING GENIUS MATHS CHALLENGE (RGMC)
The Rising Genius Mathematics Challenge is an Online Math Competition that enables Students to prove their Math Skills and to show their creativities. The competition is opened to Senior Secondary School Students ages 14-18 years in SSS 2 and SSS 3 Classes. The topics used for setting the Examination were taken from RGMC Syllabus adapted from Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) syllabus. Most of the questions were taken from SSS2 Scheme of work to provide a levelled-playing ground for all participants.
AIMS OF RGMC
To raise the standard of mathematics in Nigeria through the use of standardized test.
To raise and maintain students interest in mathematics.
To ignite students passion for mathematics and to challenge students creative thinking.
To test students mathematical prowess.
STAGES OF THE COMPETITION.
(ROUND1)-QUALIFICATION ROUND:
This round has five math problems. In order to qualify for round 2(Final round),you need to solve at least 3 to 4 of the problems correctly
(ROUND 2)- FINAL ROUND:
The final round has 30 multiple-choice questions. You will write the Exam Online on RGMC website: www.rgmchallenge.info
