The new Retail model allows VIP members of CHY to buy products from the shopping mall both at retail and wholesale prices. Then the company sales the product bought at wholesale price at the original retail price to new or old members that shop on the mall and give you back your trading capital plus profit within 10-12days.

*EXPLANATION OF CHY MALL BUSINESS TO NEW ONES.* (CHY Mall is the new rebrand of Sairui Mall)
*CHY* is a *Shopping Mall* just like Jumia, Alibaba, Jiji, Konga, Amazon and e-Bay. CHY differs from all other shopping malls in that while every other shopping mall operates on the basis of traditional E-commerce alone, CHY combines both *E-commerce* and a new innovation called *New Retail* . In traditional E-commerce, only the seller has the opportunity to make profit while in New Retail *both the seller and buyer has the opportunity to make profit.*

*HOW IS CHY BUSINESS TRANSACTION OPERATED?*
First you pay a little amount called *sign up cost* to buy a shop on CHY MALL. Buying a shop means that you have registered as a member/trader in CHY MALL

The type of shop you buy (or your level of registration) is called *VIP* . We have *VIP1 - VIP 5*

On registration, CHY MALL gives you a *welcome gift* of product *worth your sign up cost* i.e. the amount you purchased your shop

You pay another amount to CHY * commensurate with your VIP level. This amount is called *Trading Capital*. You use your trading capital to buy goods for stocking your shop.
First you use part of your trading capital to buy *one* product at *retail price* from the retail section of the shopping mall. The purchase at the retail section opens the door for you to use the remaining part of your trading capital to buy *two* of the same product at *wholesale price* from the wholesale section.
The product which you bought at retail price is shipped to you while you leave the other two you bought at wholesale price behind in the shopping Mall.

CHY *then lists the good you left behind for sale at the retail section and then sells them for you within 10 - 12 days.* CHY then pays you the profit made within the *10 -12 days.*
The default or standing arrangement is that your trading capital *is returned to you along with the profit* every 10-12 days.
You can withdraw both your trading capital and your profit to end the business or you may choose to withdraw only your profit while you use your trading capital to buy goods again and thus repeat the process explained above and thus do another round of trade.
You can change the 10-12 day default by choosing *Autotrade* which runs automatically for *50 days* (5 rounds) or *100 days* (10 rounds). In autotrade your capital is returned to you at the end of the *5* or *10* rounds depending on how many rounds you choose. In either case, your profit is paid to you automatically every 10 - 12 days. One product worth your registration fee is also given to you every 10 - 12 days. The products for three trading sessions are however allowed to accumulate so that three products are shipped to you every 30 days (1 month).
The money you receive every 10 - 12 days in CHY is called *Store profit*. Store profit is earned whether you introduce someone into the business or not. In other words registerng others under you in the business is not compulsory. But if you are the type that takes delight in talking to others about the business you enjoy, whenever you talk to someone to join you in buying a shop on CHY MALL and the person actually buys a shop, in other words he registers, the company will pay you additional amount called *referral bonus*
The company also pays you part of the profit the person makes in every round of trade he does in CHY. This is done in four ways, namely:
*Chain store profit*
*Direct sharing profit*
*Service profit*
*Chain service profit*
We also have another type of earning called
*Traditional E-Commerce profit.*
All payments and transactions in CHY Shopping Mall are in *dollars* . Exchange rate is *1Dollar = N380*
You can withdraw your profit through your local bank account or through Bitcoin.

In the next 10 to 20 years, we will see more new retail than the traditional E-Commerce which offers nothing to the customers. This concept states that customers should not be profit providers only, but also earners of profits when they buy things.Be that as it may, the above information is just a preamble into the business you are about to encounter.

Residual Income Streams

How many streams of income are you aware of? Are you generating money using only one stream? Which and how many streams do you apply? Which is the best stream for you? There is much more to earning money than what you are probably aware of.

There’s a lot of hype going around the get-rich-quick industry about how to become a millionaire overnight, but the truth is that most people don’t have an overwhelming, all-consuming desire to earn a great deal more money than they need to live comfortably. I believe that what most people want isn’t to make a 20 million naira in a year. What they really want is to stop trading their time for money – or at the very least, reduce the amount of time they spend making that money.

1. Earned Income
Earned Income is the money that you earn by doing something or by spending your time e.g. the money that you make in your job, the salary you get by working for someone else. Now, this is where your quality of life will suffer the most, because you will be trading your time for money. In most cases, jobs will pay you just enough to stay over broke. Quite obviously JOB means Just Over Broke. Now, the reason why most people are not able to think beyond earning money through a job is because Job will provide you with a 'relatively' comfortable zone.

Unfortunately, this comfort zone will become your biggest enemy and will keep you away from leading an extraordinary life. You will spend the maximum time of your life in this income stream and still will never have enough money to lead a truly wealthy life.

2. Profit Income
Money that you earn by selling something for more than it costs you to make. e.g. Businesses selling their goods at a profit, whether at the retail or wholesale level, as distributors or manufacturers. You need to be an entrepreneur for earning profits.

You might need huge investments or you could start a small business for profit with small investments too. But this will also take away a lot of your time, at least in the initial stages - until you learn to manage it really well and be able to make it churn of its own.
Entrepreneurship is a different kind of mindset and risk taking capability.

Most of the people who are in job and are used to the 'Earned Income' want to move to this category at some stage of their career or life, but find it difficult to make the move - primarily because of lack of guts to take additional risks. Most often, this lack of courage is justified because of the family constraints and needs.

To be an entrepreneur and start earning profits, you will need to identify a product or a service that you want to sell, and then sell and manage it well, and manage your clients equally well.

3. Interest Income
'Interest Income' money is the money you get as a result of lending your money to someone else to use, e.g. putting it in the bank, lending it to the government in the form of buying Treasury Bills etc.

This is a great source of passive income where your active involvement is not needed once the investment is done. Many doubt on the seriousness of wealth 'Interest Income' can generate, but when combined with the power of compounding, and the fact that this is a true passive income with least amount of risk, this can beat any of the first 2 sources of income generation hands down.

4. Dividend Income
This income gets even better than Interest Income. It is equally passive and not only that, it also makes you a shareholder of a company. This is the money that you get as a return on shares of a company you own. For e.g. the dividend that most companies announce at the year end. The better this stream of income sounds, the more ignored and neglected is this source of income.

If you invest smartly on ex-dividend dates of good blue chip companies, you can far exceed the returns from Dividend Income than what you get from the Interest Income, since you are also a party to the Capital Gains that the share price goes through.

Rental Income
This is the money that you get as a result of renting out an asset that you have, like a house, or a building. Now, this income is even better but there are inherent drawbacks of this kind of income over the above 4 types of incomes.

One of the biggest drawbacks is the amount of money required to create such an asset which can generate regular rental income. Since the money required is huge, you may not be able to create many such assets in your life time, unless you have other sources of income.

Capital Gains
This is the money that you get as a result of increase in value of an asset that you own. For e.g. when you buy shares at $10 and sell them at $11 - the $1 is capital gains, or if you buy your house for $200,000 and sell it for $220,000 the $20,000 is your capital gain. There are different tax laws in different countries on capital gains. However, there are ways to come around taxes as well.

This is the money you get as a result of letting someone use your products, ideas, or processes. They make all the revenues, they do all the hard work and you get a small percentage of what ever they earn.If you are a writer, you get paid for every copy of the book sold.

The biggest challenge here is to create something unique and then make it repeatable. This will need special skills to create such an asset but once created, there is virtually no limit to the amount of money you can earn.

These are the seven sources of income and millionaires usually earn from multiple such income streams. Most millionaire won't have all of these 7 income streams - in fact most of them wont even have more than 1 or 2 income streams.

But he didn't get in to capital gains on everything - but specialized on a very small thing, Capital Gains of companies in the stock market. Then by constantly honing his skills in valuing companies and investing in them - he was able to become a millionaire, and then a billionaire.

Another example is Bill Gates, who generated income through 'Profit Income' and 'Royalty Income' streams. He created a company and created an asset called as Windows. He used that to change the way we interacted with computers. He became so good in these 2 income streams that he became one of the richest persons across the world.

There are umpteen examples of millionaires getting created from 'Profit Income' but they had to be really good at what they were doing. You would also find various examples of millionaires from Royalty Income.

So focus on what you can do right now from one of these income streams. Then become the best you can in a small niche in that income stream.
But here is the crux for millionaires : You would hardly find any wealthy billionaire with an income stream only from the 'Earned Income' category.

And the reason for the same is very simple : This stream is where our time utilization is least efficient, and since there is a limit to the number of hours we can put in a day, there is also a limit to the amount of money we can earn from this stream of income. All other streams of income are not directly dependent on time, and hence can leverage time well to generate huge wealth.

So go on, chose your streams. The biggest risk to your financial life is being dependent on only one income stream where you are actively involved. Each of these streams are one step above the other. 1. Commit to personal development

2. Build relationships

Too many entrepreneurs are in constant sales mode, pitching all and sundry about their business and product, never stopping to consider the relationship aspect of business. People will buy from people they know, like and trust so invest time in the friendship first. Find out what you have in common, connect over a mutual love of tea, or books, or chocolate (for example). Be interested in other people and their lives.

3. Be interested, not interesting

There’s a saying that we were given 2 ears and one mouth for a reason – we should be listening twice as much as we are talking. Most of us forget this though, and will talk about ourselves, our loves, our hates, our challenges, our business, to anybody who crosses our path. I’ve seen it time and again at events where somebody introduces themselves, thrusts their business card into your hands, tells you all about themselves, shows you newspaper clippings and then swans off to the next victim. That’s not networking.

Stop trying to be interesting and instead be interested in other people and their business. Ask them about their business, family and life instead of telling them about yours. Ask where they need help, ask what their challenges are. They’ll walk away from the conversation feeling that, possibly for the first time in a long time, somebody actually listened to them.

4. Learn how to sell

Very often, the biggest challenge standing in the way of entrepreneurs and their success is knowing how to sell, and how to close a sale. Many people have an aversion to selling and don’t want to be seen as a “salesperson”. Ultimately, all business comes down to sales. If you don’t make a sale, you don’t make any money. You either sell, or you get sold.

If you personally have a negative association with selling, you’re going to struggle to succeed as an entrepreneur. If you can learn how to reframe selling as something that is beneficial to your client, you’ll stand a better chance of increasing your business success. In this regard, I highly recommend Daniel Pink’s book “To Sell is Human”.

5. Ask closing questions

People make purchases based on emotion, not logic. Logic may tell somebody that they don’t need the dress, the shoes or the piece of art that you are selling, but emotion will allow them to justify the purchase.

Don’t make the mistake of asking somebody what they think (e.g. “What do you think about our proposal/quote?”); that will move them straight from their emotional brain to their logical brain and they’ll start to justify why they can’t make a purchase. Instead, ask them which option would suit them best, or ask them how they think owning your product will make them feel. Keeping a client in the emotional part of their brain will make closing a sale much easier.

Depending on your business, closing a sale may be easy, or it may be challenging. “Assuming” the sale will help speed along the process – if somebody is enquiring with you, or visiting your store, they already have some level of interest in buying. Getting to the actual sale may be as easy as asking “Cash or card?” as they stand in your store holding that dress that fits them perfectly.

6. Hold people accountable, and cut through their BS
Human beings are interesting characters. We all inherently have our flaws and weaknesses and we tend to want to defend ourselves as much as possible, even though we may know we’re in the wrong. Network marketing taught me to hold people accountable. If somebody says they are going to do something, hold them to that. If they don’t do it, call them out on it. It’s too easy for us to make excuses all the time as to why we didn’t do something, or why we’re late, or why we didn’t follow through with a commitment. Most of the time, our excuses on justifying our inaction is complete and utter BS – we know it, but we’re not used to somebody telling us that. And when they do, it can hurt.

Start with yourself. Start questioning your own excuses. Start honoring the commitments you’ve made, even if it is inconvenient or uncomfortable. Start holding the people around you to a higher standard of integrity and accountability, and ask them to do the same for you.

7. Get uncomfortable

Whilst all the lessons above are critical, and applying them will help make a significant difference in your business, lesson 7 is perhaps the most important of all. In the world of entrepreneurship, we hear quotes about comfort zones so often, they become part of the background noise.

In truth, the comfort zone quotes are all true. You are where you are in your business right now based on the actions you’ve taken. If your business isn’t where you want it to be (and for most of us it isn’t), you’ve got to take different actions to get different results. We probably know this already, but there’s a reason we’re not taking these actions – because they make us uncomfortable.

CHY Mall e-commerce allows members of its community (only the VIP subscribers) to buy products from its New Retail platform. By virtue of this purchase, they qualify to buy two of the same product at a wholesale price of 60% less the retail price from the wholesale shop of the e-commerce.

The two additional products bought at wholesale price are then featured on the e-commerce at 100% retail price and would be sold for you by the company within 10 (ten) days. Nonetheless, the company also gives you another option of shipping the products to you if you choose not to sell the products on the CHY Mall platform.

Now, Chymall will help you sell those two discounted products you bought through its wholesale store,online or offline, free of charge.
