Hello guys, pls help. My ps4 turns on but show white on the television screen. I ask a game technician at banex, he said it’s an ic encoder issue. And he can do it for 20k which is too much. I’m sure he just want to chop me, for such a little issue. Pls guys, if anyone here has a fix that can help or a good technician, that’s good and know how to work on ps4 and wouldn’t charge me this much. Thanks
