So many characters come to mind, but these are definitely mine:

1.Harvey Reginald Specter(Suits) :

If you don't/haven't watched Suits something must be definitely wrong with you.

Harvey specter is the main character in the series Suits, played by Gabriel Macht. He's a highly intelligent, handsome and confident lawyer.
However he's known to very arrogant.

When described in 3 words by people who he had come across or knew him, one word kept popping up in every individual description: 'cocky'. In fact, someone described him as: 'cocky, cocky and cocky'.
He is also loved by fans for his witty lines and quotes ( you can Google Harvey specter quotes).

2. Elijah Mikaelson(Vampires diary/Originals) :
Elijah is an embodiment of extreme calm, gentlemanliness, yet bloody brutality.

He is the brother of the protagonist, Klaus(power hungry and murderous) and acts as his guide and conscience.
Elijah made me watch the series. No one else.

3. Sherlock Holmes(Holmes) :

A character played by one of my favorite actors Benedict Cumberbatch.
He is known to possess high mental abilities which helps him solve extremely difficult cases.
What I love about him is penchant to show off his deductive abilities without care, his knack for insulting with no remorse and his completely emotionless personality.
He practically told someone : ' Everyone knows when you talk you reduce the IQ of the whole street'.

4. Peter Hale(Teen Wolf) :
A character and first villain in the series Teen Wolf played by Ian Bohen.

Though murderous, cold and scheming, Peter hale cold, dead calm and proud self sets him apart from others.
