Instead of constructing a 64 billion naira wall

Why don’t you construct an army garrison in the middle of the centre of the part that is unfenced

The garrison would be manned by armed men and ideally it may have an underground tunnel inside that will link it to inside another armed garrison inside the university campus perhaps

The idea is if 200 Boko Haram fighter storm the campus from wherever they coming from and they attack the garrison cottage or house, some may escape through the underground tunnel to raise alarm

Also you can have armed garrison cottages here and there

A maximum 50 million naira would do and will keep and deter attacks and in the event there is one, there will be armed equal response through the garrison cottages scattered around the unfenced Area.

Fighting a war is a battle of intelligence and strategy, know how the enemy attack’s and be prepared to counter and even surprise them with how fast your response is.

How many Cost comparison was given to this Govt before such humongous Contract approval.it is shameful that just to fence a wall will take billions,while to Fund Universities,it will take strike for months before the govt will look at such situations.

This is waste of tax payers money, instead of solving the security challenges in the region dey want to waste 64b to fence a university....boko Haram will only use dynamite or RPG to destroy a section of the fence.... instead of fencing the sch, use the money to develop other areas of the sch

5 billion for the engineers

5 billion for bribery to use substandard material

4 billion for all the work that they won't complete in this regime, next regime will still continue the work with his own billions ����

I was shocked by the profligacy and corruption under GEJ.

But the current situation is sobering. It's on another scale.

More is on the way though - universities will soon announce they spent hundreds of millions of naira on cutting grass. They've been prepping us this past week with pictures of grass 'taking over' their campuses.

Most contracts are grossly inflated.

My local FIRS office is threatening VAT audit left right & centre, yet all these taxes are just wasted and stolen by a few.
