Kano state government has approved the reopening of schools for senior secondary schools students on August 10 Kano Focus reports that the Commissioner of Education Muhammad Sanusi Kiru announced this at a news conference on Monday. Mr Kiru said the opening is to allow SS III students to write their final examinations. He added that boarding students will resume on August 9. The commissioner directed all principals to make proper arrangements for the returning students.
