Former Golden Eaglets player, Abba Bichi, also know as Bichi Jnr is being likened to Brazilian star Neymar, after he was seen in action in some football games.

Bichi is the son of Yusuf Bichi Magaji, the Director General of the country’s security agency DSS and his move into the Eaglets Squad at the 2019 U-17 World Cup was met with so much criticism.

Bichi although did not have any field play at the Junior World Cup, he has since then moved ahead to improve on his craft.

Recent clips of the player in action showed him displaying some footballing skills, glaringly indicating he his putting so much works into disproving his critics.

Bichi is also the founder of Bichi FC, a grassroots football academy developing talents across the the country.

According to Bichi, no one cares about grassroots football in the country and he is set to make history with a team he is developing to help grassroots players with opportunities worldwide.

He was recently honoured with an Award of Excellence by the Five CEOs Club in recognition of his contributions to sports development.

He currently plays for Yingkou Chagoyue FC in China.
