HND is in the range of 400k to 600
Ond is in the range of 300 to 400

If you get a job with only B.Sc, grab it, if you have masters, it's only a level difference.

some rep members are even more influential than some senators. The biggest hurdle is getting close to them, if you can get an appointment with any of them, consider yourself extremely fortunate. If you can't get close, try their personal staff especially PA.
