Stop blaming political parties

The problem of Nigeria is caused by Nigerians

Until we stop this hypocritical lifestyle we live in this country, nothing will change.

Contrary to popular belief, most Nigerians never condemn evils when it matters the most

We only condemn it because of what people will say
I will blame APC cos' the clueless mandate robber that called himself a governor was forced on the people under party.

The state government should take over running the operations. Nigeria is not at trade wars with the US, so that means we can export the cocoa products. But Shocked clueless Buhari and his cohorts would not see that opportunity. Bunch of criminals! Tueh

They invested $6,000,000 USD, yet see how some people are talking as if they didn't put money into the venture at all, as if they just came with empty hand, used govt property for free and left with stolen property. Mtchwwwwwww. $6m USD is almost N3 billion, is that a small money to invest? See as they demonized Chinese investors on top investment as if $6m is coins. Is it not their own loss if the factory isn't producing and selling products? Can any investor be happy if he pumps nearly N3 billion into a business and then let it sink for decoration. No be say wata pass garri? C their mate in America are giving businesses palliative to survive trying times, these ones are demonizing investors. Later they will run to China for another loan, rubbish!

Lmao grin are u joking or what? Govt should run it? Has any govt in Nigeria ever run anything successfully? They can't even run a govt properly. Any business they touch sinks to the bottom of the ocean no matter how big it is, even the country is sinking and would have sunk completely by now if not for the wealth of resources it has that's propping it up like a life jacket. I mean, it should be obvious as the Sun for everyone to see by now that d Nigerian governments have the hand of MIDAS Corruption curse. Anything they touch, turns to GOLD corruption......and dust, only a matter of time. Even if they spend all the trillions of naira budget from the nation's wealth trying to cover up things and patch things up and keep it afloat for a while, all the money will still be a waste and it will eventually die. Whether its refinery, electricity, airline, security, infrastructure.......name it. They have all turned to dust under the hand of 9ja govt, they just keep pumping trillions of naira year in year out to postpone the burial and cover up their fundamental incapacitations.

So in the whole of Nigeria, they haven't found a buyer to take over operations. The state could also take it over.

Even the useless board chairman only cares about his pocket, complaining dt he didn't earn anything since inception. Dts all that's in the average Nigerians brain. He's not even thinking of how they can solve the problem and revive the company. He probably doesn't even know how the business works.

All we do is take take take, don't even care about working hard and producing for ourselves.

Nigerian politicians are shameless.

Oga, what re you saying.. Why re you sending the product in China to finish before exporting to USA. Are you sure you merit your position? Cant you finish the product in Nigeria and negotiate business with American company direct than going through Chinese.. Is Nigeria also at war with America ? Abeg change your business mind and move forward.

Because Chinese know Nigerians are stupid and clueless. By first exporting the cocoa to China to process, all the added value and new revenue sources goes to China, while Nigeria struggle with tax paid on raw cocoa and employment of 150 people. Tell me who is more stupid here. A French minister once said if they export a product work $1 million out of an African country, they make $50 million more on top (not actual figures but mind bungling number).

Even after posting and reading the factors that affected the operation of the factory, you still had to show your brazen hate for the governor. The Chinese stated that the trade war between China and America and covid-19 caused the temporary operational shutdown.

The Chinese are lying. The cocoa company here is a registered Nigerian company and legally is Nigerian in origin. The goods (processed cocoa products) would be Nigerian in origin. China does not even play a serious role in the Cocoa industry (except as a consumer). So how does the trade war affect Nigerian-US trade.

The trade war is between China and the US not Nigeria and the US and as such should not affect a Nigerian company unless they are selling first to their Chinese parent before attempting to sell to the US (which would be stupid).

More likely is that the Chinese company was not competent enough to manage the investment. Cocoa companies in Coted'Ivoire and Ghana have had success over the last five years.

Get investors from eslewhwere and call the bluff of the Chinese. They will further enslave Nigeria/Nigerians if Nigeria should go back to them. They will make you go on borrowing from again to cage Nigeria the more. Nigerian won't look eslewhwere because they won't give them kickbacks/kickfronts. The Japanese are there, but the government will not go to them because they won't give them kickbacks/kickfronts. Government that borrow to steal. Chinese contracts Japanese for their main jobs while Nigerian government race to China for their substanded jobs. Tinubu, stop cageing Nigeria to Chinese because of Creed end selfishends.
