Pollution prevention of vacuum pump unit

Different vacuum systems require different degrees of vacuum. In addition, the application of vacuum pump unit also needs to be equipped with dust remover, monotone tank and other components according to the actual working environment gas cleanliness, humidity or other special environmental conditions.

Due to the complex working environment of vacuum pump unit, after long-term operation, the vacuum degree can not be pumped up, or the vacuum degree can not reach the original limit vacuum level and other faults. This is related to the oil vapor pollution of the vacuum chamber wall and the pollution of various pollutants in the vacuum process.
