Jonathan borrowed little & he had completed 80% of thes rail projects he started a cross the country before he left office e.g Abuja/Kaduna etc.
But bubu is borrowing billions of dollars to do same & in exchange with our soveirenity .

China don't give out money unlike others that will credit ur account with the loan amount u require.
China will come in, once the agreement is reached and counterpart fund paid, they will execute the project through build, transfer and operate basis.
