Anini couldn't be recorded because it is a scene of robbery always happening unprepared for and mostly in the nights. Idi-Amin and Abacha did all they did in their private quarters, not on the streets. Mind you, all these people you mentioned lived in the era when there were no mobile phone cameras.

Obaseki and Shuaibu have press men officially going about with them, apart from reporters from private media houses like Channels, TVC, Punch, Vanguard and co. And these men are specially trained to do a recording of scenes even more difficult than the one presented in this report. It is a prepared campaign outing, not just an accidental event.
