My answer: absolutely non-existent.

They should only be content with winning the EPL every now and then and leave CL football to more serious contenders.

They just don't have the cutting edge to deliver at such a dizzying height. There are certain things that money cannot buy youbased a team. Once you lack the history and the cutting edge, you simply cannot get it by pouring in tonnes of cash.
