A day in the life of an agent…
Your mission? Help customers within the best of your abilities, in an environment that
encourages you to constantly improve and exceed your potential. On a daily basis, your
tasks include the following:
• Answer incoming from our customers with proven authenticity.
• Placing outbound calls to ensure service is top notch and generating new leads
• Listen carefully to customers’ needs to provide them with a personalized
experience.
• Be empathetic, open-minded and maintain a positive attitude regardless of the
situation.
• Resolve difficult cases while maintaining control of the call (our trainings will
help you get there!)
• Establish new opportunities and Manage Face to Face Customer Service
• Organize events and meetings in your locality
• Administration and Occasional meetings with Clients and collaborators
• Efficiently manage your time to optimize call processing.
• Support your teammates. It is by sharing our strategies that we can offer
impeccable service.
You are an ideal candidate if you…
• Are fluent in English.
• Fluent in one/more of the three major languages in Nigeria
• Have one or more of the following Digital Skills (Facebook Blueprint ,Digital
Marketing Certification (Google) ,Inbound methodology (Hubspot Academy) and
any other relevant and current online digital marketing certificate
• Have graduated from high school.
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Can easily adapt to changing situations.
• Are motivated by helping others and by gaining people’s trust.
• Master the art of analyzing and problem-solving.
• Are comfortable with technology.
• If you’ve ever worked in a customer service ,administration, content
marketing,as a digital marketing associate or for a concierge, emergency service,
that’s a big asset!

WDT to midnight.
