The Huawei Y8p is a budget device from Huawei with a stunning OLED display and some amazing specifications, but still lacking Google Play Services. Huawei's App Gallery potentially has the capacity to fulfill the user's app needs as long as they're not Google Apps, but it's still work in progress.
