If BlackBerry phones truly want to make a come back, they must review the prices and improve on camera quality and battery life. That's the only way it will give Samsung and iPhones a run for their money.

I understand the madness behind BlackBerry back in the day. Yes, they had BBM, which was custom-made for the RIM devices.

I really loved BlackBerry phones, and it's a lot easier typing with smartphones with keypads unlike the screentouch we have these days

WhatsApp is no match for BBM. BlackBerry was super innovative with BBM because it could PING, you could show your friends the music you are listening to, and there was privacy. WhatsApp is useless as far as user privacy is concerned.

There was privacy on WhatsApp when it was just a messaging app, I don't know why Mark go buy am.

That's great, though I am not a bb person. But I love physical keypad phones.I have been surfing the net in the last two months for a keypad phone until I saw Uniherzt Titan which was launched last October for Kickstarter price of $189 and afterwards price of $339.
I had no option than to wait for the price to come down,but it never did.I was lucky to have found a used one on ebay(bought in March 2020) for $140 through bidding.I am expecting it next week tru DHL.It shipped with Android 9 of which Oreo shall come by October via OTA.Alternatively I may root it and flash Custom ROM.

Funny enough, thier OS is far more suitable for enterprise users than Android and Apple. All this while they've been out of the phone market, they've been doing well in IoT and enterprise applications. Though their coverage has been limited to the Canadian market.
