Residents of Lekki Gardens Phase 5 have been caged in, stuck in their homes. The developers have refused to come to their aid. The only access road leading to the estate is being blocked off. Residents would be unable to leave their homes to go to work, get to their businesses, attend to emergencies, get food etc. How does an estate developer build an estate with no access road, sell their properties knowing there was no access road. They lie about everything including promised infrastructures. Lekki Gardens is the worst of them all, the most unethical estate developers.

As a resident, I must confess it has been stressful dealing with LG Management. We are having to cope without the promises made by the developers. They promise and fail. It's sad and quite unthinkable that no access road to an estate with over a 100 houses! Imagine an emergency, business, work, visits etc what does one do? Feeling really sad.......Lekki Gardens a.k.a Meridian Park 2 Estate kindly do the needful!

Its truly sad and disheartening. Its even unheard of. An estate without an access road and the developers sit back and do nothing about it despite several complaints.

It is so wrong with what Lekki Gardens management is doing to us in phase 5, I’m also a resident and it has not been easy for me since I moved in. The road we are using as access is not even a good road now it is know longer an access because the owners of the land are now building fence on the road

Most developers lie. You always have to mame research before buying land in Lagos. Either its a flooded area, land grabbers issue or lack of infrastructure like good roads or electricity as promised.
