Why not ask the person to work for free? All those requirements and you'll be paying 40k. Recruiters abi employers can be very annoying, una no well at all.

Why would a UI/UX designer ever accept 40k? Much less an app developer or wait, maybe you made a mistake? Front end In Abuja?
