don't bring Pele into this, just because he scored "1000+" goals doesn't mean goalscoring was easy. You seem to forget things are easier for footballers now than it was fifty years ago, you might not realise that substitutions were not permitted in English football until 1965 and world cup until 1979

Trying To keep unhappy player( Messi) at Barca is like trying to have SEX WITH AN ANGARY WIFE. As a Real Madrid fan, am so happy, it means Barcelona will be have to rely on Messi for yet another season. Even though Messi is an utmost professional and won't run down his contract just walking about the pitch, he is still human and will certainly have his off days.
But as a fan of football, am sad that the GOAT will be stuck in this mediocre Barcelona side for yet another season.
