Tertiary would have easily resumed but the strike may be an issue for public schools

For secondary school. They may have issues resuming first term because WEAC and NECO is ongoing you cannot have two SS3 and maintain SOCIAL DISTANCING you have to wait for NECO exam to conclude in November
