Good day fellow nairalanders,I am writing this to seek medical help for a fatty liver disease for a very close brother that has been suffering of it for a while now,please if you know any potent drug or medication that can be used to permanently treat this ailment let us know, God bless you all.

Hope he is getting better… dandelion works. Even neem helps, tamarind and also bitter gourd
